Although you can learn to ride a motorcycle on your own, trial and error can be a tough teacher. More than 90 percent of the riders involved in crashes are self taught or learned from family and friends. We all know the ultimate consequence of making a bad decision on a motorcycle. This is why San Antonio Fun Machines offer motorcycle rider education courses for new and experienced riders. The courses teach the participants the special skills and mental strategies necessary for surviving in traffic. Thousands of people have learned to ride a motorcycle through the TX DPS’s Motorcycle Safety Program. The Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) designed the curriculums used in the courses.
